Accommodation:
The workshop will be held at Embassy Suites, 2601 Canyon Blvd, Boulder CO 80302 USA. We have negotiated a substantially discounted rate ($128 per night), which includes complimentary wifi, a daily breakfast buffet, and a nightly happy hour. Every suite includes a pull-out sofa bed, so double occupancy is possible. Hotel reservations can be canceled without penalty until two days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Meals:
The conference hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet. Coffee/tea breaks are scheduled for mid-morning and mid-afternoon each day. During the 90 minute lunch breaks, you can easily walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Many of these are also suitable for dinner, or downtown Boulder is a short bus ride or 20-minute walk away.

Traveling to Boulder:
Fly to Denver International Airport. Rent a car, book the Green Ride Shuttle (recommended), or take public transportation. If you book the Green Ride, have the shuttle driver take you directly to Embassy Suites in Boulder. If you are returning to the airport on Friday after the conference, you can arrange to be picked up at the same location. Or try self-organized ride sharing.

Speakers:
Invited talks will be 25+5 minutes, while contributed talks will be 17+3 minutes. The screen aspect ratio is 16:9. There will be a Macintosh laptop at the podium for presentations. Please upload your presentation in advance to a shared folder on Google Drive (links circulated by email). Acceptable formats are PDF, PowerPoint and Keynote. There will be audio if you have embedded videos.

Health & Safety:
All participants must be fully vaccinated. Colorado has returned to pre-omicron levels of covid, and the indoor mask mandate is no longer in effect for Boulder. With an extra large meeting room and social distancing measures in place, speakers will not be required to wear a mask during their presentations.
